How to Guide

It is important to know how these tools can benefit your daily skin care regime. We have put together a guide to help you utilize these tools to their greatest capacity whilst maintaining a skin care routine that works best for you and your skin. If you are a first timer don't worry as its something you can easily pick up, and overtime you will watch the Gua Sha magic unfold in your very own eyes.

  • Jawline and Chin: Glide the tool upward from the center of your chin out to the earlobe to contour the jaw. Great for also relieving TMJ pain.
  • Neck: Section your neck into four quadrants and scrape each section from the bottom up, five strokes per section.
  • Forehead: Starting in the center, divide into three sections and glide your tool outward. Scrape over the skin once and then move slightly down and repeat the process.
  • Lips: Glide the tool over your lips with a back and forth motion 5-8 times for a plumped pout look.
  • Under Eye: This is a sensitive area so be careful. Start in the inner corner and glide the tool outward towards the temple to help with undereye bags.
  • Brows: Glide the tool upwards along the brow bone, going from the inside out.
  • Cheeks: Start on the nose and work your way upward in a swooping motion along the cheekbones, moving outward towards your lower earlobe. Scrape once, then move slightly down and scrape once again. Lastly, move down a bit more towards the center of the chin and scrape again.
