We currently are shipping six days a week! If we receive your order by 4pm PST it will ship next day. We understand how excited you are about receiving your purchase so we are committed to getting it to you as fast as possible.
Where are your facial rollers and Gua Sha tools sourced from?
Raw stones are imported from Brazil to Guangdong province in China. It is there that the raw stones are shaped, polished and sent to us here is the USA for final assembly and distribution.
How often should I use the facial tools?
The frequency of use will depend on your skin type and your skins tolerance. As you start to familiarize yourself with it and get more comfortable you can increase your use. It is recommended that you use your tools for 5-10 minutes once a day. If you experience irritation or redness you should discontinue use until it goes away.
What oils, creams or serums should I use?
Oils, creams, lotions and serums allow the tools to glide across your face easily and prevent tugging on the skin. The type of products that you use are a matter of personal preference. The skincare brands that I use that are effective and budget friendly are The Ordinary, and Acure.
How do I clean my tools?
The easiest way to clean your tools is with warm water and gentle dishwashing soap or face cleanser and a microfiber cloth. Always allow your tools to sit out and dry completely. Once dry, spray the Gua Sha with isopropyl alcohol and allow to dry completely before using or storing.
Where can I store my tools?
It is recommended to store your Gua Sha tools somewhere that is dry and well ventilated. Most tools are made of 100% natural porous stone and should not stay in wet moist places. You can keep your tools in a plastic bag in the refrigerator, however you should not store or put your tools in the freezer. Our tools come with storage bags which are great for traveling and/or storing your facial tools.
Care of Gua Sha and Roller Tools
Rollers and Gua Sha tools are made of 100% natural stone and are very, very fragile! These are slippery when wet or when using lotions, creams, serums or gels. Make sure to treat it with care and avoid dropping them, which can damage or even shatter the stone/tool.
What is the difference between the different types of stones?
The type of stone you choose really comes down to personal preference. Some people believe that certain stones carry unique and special properties. Some stones hold the cold better than others and some are denser. Mostly, I believe people buy based on their favorite color.
